Purchasing Terms & Conditions

1.Payment Policy

All purchases must be paid in full prior to the release of any products or services.
Payment is considered complete once funds have cleared into Casey Helman Consulting’s nominated account.

Note: In response to previous incidents involving fraudulent proof-of-payment submissions, we are unable to supply digital or physical products based on payment receipts alone. This policy ensures the security and integrity of all client transactions.

2. Delivery of Products

Upon confirmation of cleared payment:

Digital products (e.g., Policy and Procedure Packs, templates, or resources) will be delivered electronically via email or secure download link within 2 business days.
Consulting services will be scheduled according to the agreed project commencement date.

If you do not receive your product or confirmation within this timeframe, please contact casey @caseyhelman.com.au for assistance.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our intellectual property, all Policy and Procedure Packs and digital resources are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.
In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed at the discretion of management if:

The incorrect product was supplied, or
A duplicate order was placed in error and has not been accessed.

Refund requests must be made in writing to casey @caseyhelman.com.au within 7 business days of purchase.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Copyright Integrity

Some materials developed and supplied by Casey Helman Consulting may incorporate the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support drafting, formatting, or compliance alignment.

5. All content is reviewed, verified, and quality assured by our compliance experts prior to release to ensure accuracy and originality.

We take every reasonable measure to ensure that all materials are free from copyright infringement and comply with applicable intellectual property laws.

If you believe that any section of the content may inadvertently breach copyright, please notify us immediately so that we can investigate and take corrective action.

6. Intellectual Property

All products, resources, and materials supplied by Casey Helman Consulting remain the intellectual property of the company.
Purchased materials are licensed for use within the purchasing RTO only and may not be distributed, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

7. Terms of Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Purchasing Terms and Conditions, including our policies on payment, delivery, refunds, copyright integrity, and intellectual property.
